Quiet and perfect setting, I had brilliant time.

I liked a nice size and air-conditioned room complete with air-con, a lovely view, tea. Thanks to the very efficient staff everything was really good, including lots of good food. Stayed here before, and I would happily go back again.  

Unique base for holiday with very efficient and extremely helpful employees with service and staff. Quiet location, near the beach. Liked nice quiet area.

Beautifully maintained and newly decorated units with a bath as well as WiFi, best employees.

The room had a comfortable bed, a light and airy atmosphere, and even complimentary amenities such as a bottle of water and fruit. Reception staff were helpful, accommodating our request to switch to full board. The buffet offered a good selection of food, and

Pool bar & terraces unkempt.

The rooms are decent size with spacious beds and free safe. The location is beautiful and amazing with a public parking nearby.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and great to deal with. The location was particularly good and ideal and walk from a lake and a waterfall.

The staff - some of them were miserable.

The total stay was very nice for 10 night. The staff was INCREDIBLY POLITE, best all the time. Really enjoyed our rooms with fresh towels. French cuisine was served in the indoor restaurant.

Gorgeous place, it was clean and had amicable staff with service and staff. The hotel was in a perfect and amazing location adjacent to a sports bar showing live games and a disco 11.30 p.m. Onwards. There 

Great ocean and mountain views from the room. Helpful and friendly staff who speak multiple languages. Remodeled pool next to the tennis grounds was amazing. Quiet solarium with a great view for sun tanning. Jacuzzi by the pool is a great addition. Pool tables and souvenir

it was quiet, it was reasonably clean and good for the bus conection to Santa Cruz

First we were given a wrong door key, we had to wait in the corridor for 15minutes for a technition.Food was very dissapionting for a suposed 4 star hotel, Charged 5.50 nfor a small beer and a small caraf of wine.Restaraunt staff was a bit grumpy.the instructions for the air con was not good.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, complimentary water and fruit. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet with different themed dinners. Quiet location, perfect for relaxation. Limited nightlife, but nearby areas offer more entertainment and golden sand beaches. 

Kindness of people in the reception. No problem when I comunicated I was leaving the hotel.

Aged furniture. Scraped taps in the bathroom. Ver dirty bathroom (when I opened the bathroom for the first time I found a brown stain just below the toilette bowl!!!). In the night a lot of noices: water in the pipes, wind, air conditioning motors, wind??? I don't know but it was quite pestering. On the morning I left the hotel. I strongly not reccommend you!!

I had a pretty good value experience at Catalonia. The hotel is well located for tourist attractions if you have a car. The heated pool and whirlpools were great for relaxing. The animation program and gym lessons were enjoyable.
